if you're using the accessory plug, why do you need a switch? just unplug it when you don't need it on....if you're using a switch, you should hardwire it so you acc port is available for other things.

The fuse is under the hood, number 34, lower left

If you still need help, I'll be in Olney sometime within the next couple months...it's where I'm from and my family still lives. If you can make the short trip over there, I'll give you a hand.

Also, if you're using the plug in the center, it's designed to only work with the cig lighter, at least on mine it is...try plugging into the one in the passenger side of the console
