LED floor lighting

Searched and searched the forums with no real luck. I did find one that was helpful somewhat. Said to connect to the dome light use the orange and white so they would light up when the doors opened or dome light was turned on. Problem is the amount of orange and white wires I found behind the panel where the hood latch is. Can someone clear this up for me? My apologies if this has been said before, but I checked for an hour and couldn't find the answer.

Dome light should be ran from the passenger's side, not the driver's. Your easiest bet is to take the headliner off and go from there, or try to tap into the dome light and then run the wire to the passenger's side B pillar and pull down. It's going to be hard to fish it out though since there's almost no clearance.

Ok what is the easiest way to take down the headliner? I don't want to mess it all up and not be able to put it back up.

You are a life saver bro. Had it installed in half an hour! Thank you so much. Really didn't want to rip down the headliner.

I think it's awesome that our cars are a lot alike. Not only do I have all of the smart people on this forum, but that one as well. I like my cars to look and sound nice, but I am by no means a mechanic. I don't post on here much because I find most of the information I'm looking for by searching the posts on here. I am grateful for the wealth of knowledge here for sure.
