warm air intake
does anyone know if this intake will fit my 2.4L without any additional mod ie. cutting or bending of the tube?

Cosmo Racing is a good option within Canada. They are established in Quebec.
I think that they are selling the WAI for $70.50. The only issue that I had with my intake was routing the MAF sensor. The wiring was short so I had to splice a new length in. (or I believe that you can purchase a harness to extend the wire.) Install doesn't take long. Mine took around 10 min.
Check their site. ION has a link in his sig

The 2.4 in the Alero is the same 2.4 in the Alero, plus more room in the engine bay

You must be talking about the IAT and not the MAF because the 2.4L doesn't have a MAF
Also, Instead of splicing new wires in for the IAT, you could just unwrap the wires where they are taped together to get some more length on the IAT's wire. Thats how I did it with my Cosmo warm air intake. No splicing and no need to buy a harness. Afterwards, just tape the wires back with electrical tape.

I really liked my Cosmo, it is smooth and fits nicely in the engine bay. Also, These guys are great, I could deal with them a pick up for the WAI instead of shipping because they were like 20 mins from home. They scheduled a meeting, they were there on time and was fast transaction. I really cant complain.
Meadus: I personally think its a better idea than cutting the wires to add some length to them
