Tire Tread!!!
OK, i didnt know where the hell to put this, but i have 18 chrome rims and hankook tires. the tread is going pretty fast on the front tires, and they have only seen about 6000miles. the back ones are fine. i dont drive like a crazy person (doing burnouts and shit). i cant swap the back rims onto the front because one of the back rims is bent a LITTLE bit, you wouldnt be able to notice it, its not too bad. but if i keep it on the back its fine. so thats out of the question. im going to take my rims off today, because i want to have some tread after winter.......
so anybody else have this problem? i just got an alignment done about a month or two ago, and i didnt notice any weird tire wear......

are they wearing evenly? If so then It's probibly just how the tires wear. If you rotate them then you will get more life out of them.

i have the tires at 28psi, i could always put 30 in next time i have the rims on, but i just think that might be too hard for them.

cant rotate them, cause one of the rims in the back in bent a little (i said that above ). if i put that one on the front the car will shake when i go over 65mph

if you take in the bent wheel to be properly balanced it won't shake, if its only slightly bent like you said. balancing my bent wheel fixed my shake.

just have a shop remove the tire off the bent rim in the back and put that good tire with enough 32nds on the front rim and vice versa. But rotating them would help prolong the thread.

you run your tires at 28 psi? dam i run my BFG KDW's at 44 psi and i do drive like a madman and they hook very well in all situations, if i run mine at 28 psi my car would feel like it was soggy.

Which model Hankook tires?
If you add more air pressure they would last longer. You should fill it close to the max limit posted on the side of the tire.

It's prpbably just the brand
I has Sumtito HTR+ 4's on my car and they started out great and I rotated them but a 40K mile tire only lasted 20

I would check the MFG's recomended PSI on the side of the tire. 28 seems way to low. If you want a softer ride your gonna have to pay with more frequent tire purchases because of uneven wear or blowouts do to heat buildup.

I have pirelli's on my car and they have worn awesome. They have 30K on them now. They are a little noisy, but nothing the turning up the radio doesn't fix. I run between 32 & 35 PSI in mine
