RSM Supercharger on PFYC

Has anyone heard if the RSM Supercharger on www.pfyc.com is any good? It is pretty expensive, and I have never heard much opinion on that setup. Some people were saying on another forum, that it falls apart and its better to just turbo the 3400?

Some of the components (mainly the extension shaft) are made with inferior bearings, etc.. The supercharger itself is fine though.

It's cheaper right from the z-spec site If I remember right.

Don't buy it, people have had many problems with them and there "RSM tune" isn't really a tune it's nothing. you can fix them to not fail and do a proper tune but your money would be better spent on a turbo and a tune to go with it.

Yeah I've also heard there have been a lot of problems with the tune from RSM and they could never get it right. Plus keep in mind RSM's out of business now

Magnacharger isn't out of business but they insist that their supercharger for the 3400 doesn't exist so no support. It sucks that you get a crappy tune from them for the price they're asking but it's better then nothing.

You're always better off with a tune specific to your car though no matter what you have done.

Milzy has a turbo kit for 3400 last time i checked you could go that route. Pretty expensive though

Thanks guys. I hate it how everything for the 3400 is so damn expensive, and hard to find. I really wish there were more companies making turbos, superchargers and headers for our cars! I have the DHP PCM 1.0, CAI, and 180 T-STAT....but I want more power still.

I guess I should either look for a diff engine,or another car....your guys thoughts!
