Not a fan of the spoiler, and not sure about that chrome thing on the front (tow hook?) I do however seriously like that snail. Good work man.

fellow Cobalt owner here, welcome! I own both so all good, and to those bashing the Cobalts stock performance, yes the 3.4 is a "little" quicker than the 2.2 and i say a little because its not that much faster, and have you compared a 2.2 alero to a 2.2 cobalt stock vs stock? its not even close.

Looks good though. I don't hate Cobalts, I'm also not in love with them either. I do like the fact it's a 4 cyl turbo AMERICAN car

Ugliest stock spoiler I ever saw, but oh well. I'd like to see a 3800 swap on one of these, that would be fun, although I suspect it wouldn't fit.

No it wouldn't, plus the stock engine these cars come with can be built to destroy an L67 and weigh alot less.

But put that same amount of money into the L67 and see what it would do? Moot point though if it won't fit.

I can't have much say on the matter...I went from a salvaged 98 dodge neon engine in a 99 body to my 3.4 alero. Felt like going from a donkey to a ferrari...all about perspective.
I had an opportunity to buy a cobalt back when I was buying a car. It had pretty bad reviews and the alero's were better. You can see which route I went lol.

Ecotecs have a GM build book good for 1400+hp, yeah L67 are not desirable in my book, heavy ass boat anchors!
Edit: It would take some serious fab skills to get even a 3400 in there, hell, the L61 I have takes up most of the bay space, it was a squeeze getting the MP62 on there.
