i'm getting there as soon as it opens on saturday morning, hopefully i'm gonna make an aleromod tshirt or touque or something in the morning so people that don't know me yet will know i'm part of the community. I've already posted my number on page 4 so call it if you want and we'll hook up. I don't think the aleromod and grands people are gonna be getting there until closer to noon.

Guys I'm afraid I went this wednesday, I couldnt get Saturday off because he wants me to work weekends. On the plus side, it snowed heavily wednesday morning, and it was mid-week, so it was probably the quietest day to go...

I've never been to the auto show before but I hear on weekends you rarely get a chance to sit in the cars because there's a crowd at every one... I had no problem sitting in any car, I only had to wait for a minute or so for a few of the cars during the busy hours. I took almost 100 pictures, and I have some web hosting and I'll post them there once I create a page for them... unfortunately I'm busy so it'll probably be this weekend at the earliest before I get the page up.

Sorry I couldnt go with you guys

But in any case, enjoy the show! We'll chat about it once you guys all go, k?

Play Gran Turismo 4 at the subaru booth on the bottom level, it's a lot of fun!

oh man...leavin in a few hours...gonna be a hell of a drive for me, but it sure as hell better be worth it...and i really hope the weather cooperates too...don't feel like drivin in snow cuz i still gots my lowering springs on

I'm actually from Michigan. I go to Robert Morris University. I don't know where Allison Park is but I did find out exactly what's going on for when I'm leaving, etc.

I have practice tomorrow morning from 7 - 8, back to campus by 8:15, showered, ready, and on the road by 9 at the latest...if the woman doesn't slow me down too much.

I'm going home before going to the auto show because I'm meeting up with some HS friends and we're all going together but if you would like to convoy to your exit for Cobo, that'd be cool. What time were you planning on leaving?

if not, how about cranberry, i live about 15minz from there.

do you know how to get to where the show is, cuz i'm clueless dood, it'd be sweet to follow someone that knows where the hell they're goin :thumbsup:

i don't know where any of that is but i basically take 60 to 76 to 80 to 75.

on the website, www.naias.com i saw that a group rate is 25 or more. i doubt that we'll get that many people.

go to the website, highlight directions & travel, go down to driving directions, enter your info and it will give you step by step directions. those directions are as good as any. notice that you get off at exit #49...i live about 20 minutes past that so if you want, we can meet somewhere tomorrow morning and convoy together. then, where you get off, i would just keep going til i get home and i would meet up with you and some of the other aleromodders later on.

side note: i punched allison park into mapquest and i'm not too far from you. depending on what way those directions tell you to go, we could meet right off of 60 at a gas station or something. if you have to take 60, let me know because i have a good idea of somewhere we could meet.

Alrighty, i'm leaving for windsor in 15 min. If anyone wants to hit the casino with me and my friends tonight call my cell. If i get lucky, there's a round of drinks on me!!!! I think we're staying at the Quality Inn, and we should be going to the millionaires club tonight as well. Well we have lots of snow coming tonight, so everyon drive save in the morning and see yeah all there. i will be calling you jame and jason before we hit the states to see where u guys are at. Cant wait untill tomorrow.. some 6 am get up.

i'm leaving here at about 9...hop right on business 60, hook into 60 and get on the turnpike. should take me about 4 1/2 hours to get all the way home.
