Leaking coolant

So about a month ago i filled the coolant when i was putting the cold air intake in. And a week ago the light started coming on again. So yesterday i put more in(i couldnt see how low it was cause it was dark, and the flashlight wouldnt help any) but it needed a lot. Now my moms fiancee said that it could be goin right into the gasket(i think thats what he said) and getting burned off in there. I checked the 2 hoses running to the coolant and they didnt look like they were leaking..... any advice on what might be wrong?

possibly the dreaded lower intake manifold gasket leak. Check your oil cap, is there a chocolate milky looking chunky residue under there? if so thats the problem.
