Cylinder #1 misfire

Does anyone know what the resistance for the #1 plug wire, or what the resistance per foot should be?? I tested the wire and I'm getting 2.7k ohms.

I've got a 3.4L V6 and I keep getting a Cylinder #1 misfire code, I've replaced the spark plugs and wires this summer. But I replaced the spark plugs again this week with AC Delco Platinums and got the code again after driving about 50 miles. I think the coil is ok, the secondaries tested at 6.4K ohms (should be 5000 to 7000 ohms). I've listened to the injector and I can hear it click while the engine was running, and I had the injectors cleaned last week. This is starting to drive me crazy!

just do a simple wire swap with a different cylinder. if the misfire follows the wire then bingo, if it doesnt then its something else.

Try swapping out the coil pak.
Try this out, take out the plugs and see if it is wet. If plug is wet than most likely is not sparking. Even bad wires will spark if not cleanly.
For your info
Replace wire if resistance exceeds 600 ohms per feet.
Other unless details
-Plugs A/C Delco # 41-940; gap .060" OE # 25163148
-Wires OE # 12192345
-Injector resistance 11.4-12.6 ohms @ 50-95*F
-Lowest compression reading should bot be less than 70% of Highest compression reading. No compression reading should be less than 100psi (7.0kg/cm^2)
-Fuel pressure (KOEO) 48-55 psi
