I think I'll accentuate the wide effect on the side that the cars alerady has but only the curviness around the wheel... by 1 inch each side...
and Why the widebody ?? simple answer, the 19 inch wheel don't clear the corvette z06 brake setup 14,5 inc disc with 6 pistons calipers up front and 13,8 in disc in the rear with 4 pistons caliper...
If anybody know some very good drag radial in the 19 or 20's because for sure the 15in wheel won't ever be fitted to the car ever again....

Wide body like this one? --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIzEp0_qJg0
Done well it will look awesome

There is no widebody on that Alero, looks completely stock to me. It get the appearance of being wide because the wheels come all the way to the edge of the fenders front and rear. The body damage on the left side seems like they just tried to pull or beat it out from the inside.

Look again at the video you can see the difference between both side & it is not damage as you said it how he make the rear quarter pop up a bit so it appears wider & that was probably a test to see how it would look like
A good body man would be better at it but if you take your time & do it right the rest is body filler & painting...
Anyhow i don't know if any wider rear quarter panel from another car would fit the Alero with little work?
That way wont have to bang out all the panel from inside?

@guiguilandry
I looked at you profile & saw the picture of your car & the girl looking at it...
The way she looked at the car make think what she had in mind that day...
P.S. I know it was probably just some people that you didn't know walking by looking at your car when you took the picture... anyhow don't take it the wrong way it's just a joke!

it's 100% stock, no wideness added. just looked at both sides and compared to pictures of my car which has wider fitted wheels too.

OK people... The black car is widened on the left by one inch (cut into the inside of the wheel well and stretched with a body jack, that way the rear bumper still fit perfectly)... that's why the metal is rippled, by result of this stretch (there is a bracket in the frame of the car at that place, that's why)
I know him, it's leoalero... the guy that sold me the z06 brakes setup.. he has a stagerred wheel setup... and on the rear IIRC there are 20 x 10.5 with 275/30 zr20 tires...

Cool! does he still have the car?
If he does it would be nice of him to make an update video of his Alero & come on here to be a member of aleromod.com

Yes! saw this... so that would explain the lack of updates on youtube i guess?
No RWD project that he talked about on youtube , all as well with kids to support the car can wait
But i love the way he done it , the wheels are just right for the car it looks great!

I think that with a FWD car a 10.5 in rim with 275s in the rear is absolutely retarded.
