The High-Output engine has a larger plenum. You might try to check in Berettas, because the only quad they got was the HO.

Also does any one know about how to get the 2.4 flange on the 2.3 intake manifold, just think it would be cheaper if i do it myself but the problem is our factory intake manifold is plastic so how do i get the flange on a aluminum manifold. I coudn't find the IDI cover that says HIGH OUTPUT only the one that has guad 4.

I'll sell ya a 1/2inch aluminum 2.4L intake flange $150.... they're rare as hell.

I saw a 2.4 or a quad 4 engine on a grandam I think with a different intake manifold something like with 4 poles leading into one then to the head, could i use that flange for the swap? And is this where u got the flange?

The flange I get is cut at a local watercutting place by a computer model of an old spacer flange I had.

The price for it is my travel time of 10 miles plus cost of the flange plus shipping.

intake cam has 200 degrees @.050 with .360 lift. And exhaust 200 degrees @.050 with .375 lift. is this right? Then why does the link show 2.4 cavalier?

those are correct. the reason for the 2.4 cavalier is those cams work fine in a 2.4 and they are to ones that bolt into a 2.4
