Changing Lateral Links Need Help!

I was changing the rear brakes today on my buddies Alero and I realized that he has two bent lateral links. Can anyone give me a link with photos as a step by step on how to change these? Is it a very hard/complex job? It doesn't look like it will be but these things can surprise you. Please chime in!

Thanks,

Jeff

Do I have to unclip the brake lines and move them out of the way to get to the bolt on the knuckle? Also on the cross member what do I have to mark for the toe adjustment? I am not sure what they mean by that?
