Here's what you want, it'll tuck up behind the stock bumper quite nicely. Mine is almost the same dimensions, this one is just thicker

oh DAMN.....those are some nice welds right there. i hate TIG welding......its frustrating i did some decent welds but that was just on regular sheet metal.....aluminum.....forget it

Nah TIG is easy. It's so easy to control.

It's just having an AC TIG for aluminum... Not within most peoples price range.

Rebuild Head
Boil Block
Arp Main bolts
Arp Head studs
Stiffer mantapart springs(Not to crazy about them but OEM says they have it in there 2.4 and its doing fine)

You should tune it first, cause you could do damage to your motor

the only thing really affecting your tune is the cams and head porting. The car will run fairly okay on the stock tune, but it'll probably be wanting some changes in the top end.

Too bad half of it will be covered up, and that's if it fits behind the stock bumper.

Get a tune but you can run without it for now....the engine will cry out for a better tune so get on it. Plus with stiffer springs you wont fully benefit from them until you raise your Rev limit. Then you'll feel the difference

I guess you don't know what I'm going to do to my bumper do you? And at 10inches, it's not ginormous tall either. The cake is in the width and thickness. And yes it fits behind the stock bumper. I don't have a crush beam in my way, nor do I need a front license plate, and my bumper is more open than an alero's anyway.

Sweet.

I was talking about a stock Alero front end. Obviously almost anything can be made to fit, especially without the crash beam.

If you want to start talking about other cars, my intercooler will be even bigger than that
