hey all... i have seen a couple aleros with solid red tails... and i was wondering how they were made, if there is a sticky somewhere that will help me out, or anything like that... ive been thinking of either trying to clear my tails or figuring out how to make a set with the solid red... i hate the orange turn signal on them...
can anyone please help me out???
thanks muchly for all your help!!!

Sure they weren't smoked, which gives a darker but more uniform look to the tails, or maybe they tinted them.

so with the vynal or the paint, would i pull them apart like the front lenses, and then apply the paint/vynal, or would i just spray/lay it on the back over the tails?
any chances of seeing some pics of what you have done with your tails to get some different ideas??
thanks everyone!!!

Pactra brand Candy red RC body paint is translucent red, like a red tint, it would probably work, too.
