2.2l and 2.4l exhaust question

I am curious if anyone knows what the differences are between the bolt patterns and flanges on the 2.2L and 2.4L.

For example can you simply bolt a 2.2l on the a 2.4l head? If you cannot can you bolt it on to a 2.3l head? If anyone knows or has any good pictures of a 2.2l exhaust manifold it would help. Thanks.

Which flange? the one from the cylinder head to the manifold, or the manifold to the down-pipe?

Cylinder head to manifold is the one I am curious about, the flange to the down pipe I'm not too worried about.
