Hi Everyone,
I've been around the forum for a while (about 4 months gleaning the archives & more recent posts) but just became a member about a week ago. I bought my 1999 Alero GL on May 5th this year. Basically, it's stone stock with the 2.4 TwinCam engine and has about 127,000 miles on it. The car is running well after a few bottles of injector cleaner followed by a bottle of Marvel Mystery Oil in the gas tank. Actually, the motor ran fine from about 1500 RPM up but missed at idle. My Alero is Plum metallic or Dark Mulberry metallic (not sure which as I've seen the color listed both ways for 1999) with tan interior.
Anyway, just thought I'd say hello and give a brief background of my Alero.
