Check local exhaust shops. Usually they have a part or know a trick of some sort.

I have a Magnaflow converter and it's 2.5 throughout the whole thing. I have the Pacesetter exhaust (2.5) and it connected just fine.

thats wierd this magnaflow which is same part number as yours on the end where it has 02 sensor port it changes to 2.25 im assuming because they figured it would be connected to stock setup i just dont get how you connect a 2.5 to 2.25 without leaks

Since there's no pictures of stuff involved, I can only speculate on options.

Exhaust is custom in its nature. Cut and weld. Get a pipe size adapter if you like. And/or weld flat flanges on each, and put a 2.5" gasket between. Flat mating surfaces, flat gasket.

if you bring a cat to an exhaust shop and they say they cant make it work then i think you should go to another shop because when it comes to exhaust is it really just all custom work. you can even cut the flanges off and just straight weld the shit together.
