ok here you go guys, this kit looks 99% complete and some.....could be a really good deal, the only thing missing is a custom tune from dhp or something......

hot diggity damn i can buy that right now. you guys think i should buy this or a body kit? huh huh? and i noticed there is no picture of the intercooler.....and its piping

yea their is a picture of the intercooler, its in one of the pics with all the piping in the top left hand corner........if this kit goes for under 3 grand it will be a great deal......the only thing left you need the a reprogrammed pcm for the turbo set up.....

oh and the gauge cluster overlay is for a grand am im sure, so you could sell that for a few bucks.......

dude, that price isn't what he wants for it! he set a reserve, most likely over $3000 still i good deal if your in the market

If you can and want to, screw the body kit for now and go with the boost!

so you will chance going over $3300 for it and then pay shipping (which is not defined yet) for all the parts which have been opened (and possibly missing) and the retail is $3495...oh yeah did I mention that this guys ebay score is not too hot either :rolleyes:

i wouldn't give him 3300, no matter how he see's it, that stuff is used. im not sure how far he is, but if the bidding doesn't meet the reserve, id offer him 3,000 privately for a pickup, it might be worth the drive. illinios and tennesse are pretty close, maybe you could meet halfway....and that would give you time to make a list of what parts SHOULD be there, so you know if your getting everything you need.

i've talked to the guy, the kit is complete, plus about 600 dollars in other stuff, and he's going to send pictures of everything soon, nothing is used, but yes it's opened.

and i am gonna work on a local pickup so i dont get burned, i might bring a friend with me that rebuilds dsm turbos, so he can check it all out. but it's gonna be easy to tell if it's used..... anyways, i've been researching the HP performance kit for a while now, and i know all of thw components that come along with it and what not.

thanks for your concern, and we'll see what the bank says on tuesday.

good luck formula.........less the pcm, that kit looks very thorough(sp?) including the upgraded injectors, seems like he was trying to do it right, and you are going about it the right way, bringing someone with you and trying to do a local pick up....

dude those injectors are f***in huge.....the trailblazers injectors with sc/alero (i think) and springs fastest alero were using were way smaller, WTF was he trying to hit 20psi or what?

arent the trail blazers 42# injectors as well?

i am using 42.5# and they are only good to about 15 psi before they go into a static mode and are no longer usefull.

btw, that kit is overpriced.

i made my own for less than $1500. if you have the ability to make your own, or at least some of it i would.
