ok, so to my understanding using the search button (that one was for you sweet) anyways, the problem with 20 inch rims is them being to wide, hypothetically if i could find 20 x 7.5 in rims they would fit my alero right? or are there other problems i am overlooking? thanx, Kyle

20x7 are okay if you want to ride on rubber bands. We should be maxing out at 19 inches really. If you want bigger wheels, you should have gotten a bigger car. Intrigues and Auroras can handle 20's, and I think Auroras can handle upto 22" but I'm not sure.

Wheel limits (If I remember correctly):
size: 19x7.5 max
lug circle: 5x115 (or 5x114.3 with adapters)
offset: +35 through +42

I think in the the back you can go up to 8.5" wide, as long as you don't use spacers and keep the right offsets, but I'm not sure on that one....not too many people want wider wheels in the back on a FWD car. If you want that wider stance, there are spacers out there...but I forget which site would have them...sorry.

i did plan on using spacers on the rear, i think it looks wrong when the rear wheels look like they are more inside the wheel wells then the fronts....reminds me of a straight axle chevy ...wider in the front and narrow in the rear
