Hey everyone. I've been on the site for about three months now. I never posted here in the newbie section and thought that I had.
I live in Arizona and am in the process of starting my own website and me and a couple friends are starting up a GM FWD car club. It was actually Blackjack's idea but he included me on the project. Props to him for that.
This is the second Alero I have owned, the first one was totalled by a semi driver who just wasn't thinking. It was a black 3.4L V6 GLS. It had every single option except the sunroof.
I now own a midnight blue 2.4L LD9 wiht the 5spd in it. This time it has the sunroof.
I am currently in the process of molding in the sideskirts and doing little touch ups here and there. I also removed the factory wing and plan to put on a lip spoiler (think OSV Alero). With any luck I will have it painted in the next month or two and if I can figure out the stupid shaved door kit I will finally install that too (for some reason I can't get power to the solenoids).
Future plans for the car are a turbo, exhaust, new ignition and fuel system, some rims, stereo and complete suspension upgrade, but first I want to paint the car and finish out the interior.
I am in the Army, I deployed in support of OIF III
and I think this is the greatest country on earth.
