Where to put my PS2???????

I was wondering where the best place to put my PS2 would be????I want to mount it somewhere with easy access......

Most people seem to put it under the glove compartment on the passenger side.

How bout in your living room? Most any free spoy in the entertainment center works good. :thumbsup: :P

^lmoa^ i think he wants it in his car though....to answer your ?...i'm putting mine under the glove compartment too...thats the only easily excessible place in the front of the car.

or your glove department. They're easy to rip apart and place in different spots not sure if it would all fit in there though

I was thinking about the glove department, but I will have to do some mods to make it work and look good. I am not sure what is behind it ....... :unsure:

I'm going to tear apart my glove compartment today in auto class and see if i will do some modifying if it will work.

cool, tell me what you find ...... and nice pic.....I think I would end up killing it where it is.

where did you get the install kit for head unit???? all I can find put the unit out to far, and there is no place for any switches.....

Thats an alpine deck. You are able to tilt the angle on the face so thats why it looks like it sticks out probably

I had mine out today and there is not much room in the box. There is a little room to the sides a bit but the hinge gets in the way. I did find out that you can fit an atx motherboard in there that has 3 pci slots but you can't use the slots unless you remove the tray in the door. oh yeah also got a hard drive in there but that may be it. Anyway back on topic

If I take the whole glove box apart and not have anything but the door , will there be enough room??? I think I would have to put some other kind of heng on it to make it work.....I want it where I can close the door so you can't see it.........

there will be definately enough room...if you open your door and look how much room the black molding on each side takes up there has to be enough room. As soon as I can get into the shop I'm gonna take all that crap out and set up some kind of shelf so I can mount it in their and still shut the door when its not being used.

Alright, heres the delio. I took the glove compartment apart and there is no way that i can see that you can even get your ps2 in their let alone shut the door without doing some serious modifications behind their. I'm gonna look again tom morning since i have everything torn apart and laying on my passenger seat but if anyone has any great ideas i would really like to heam them???

you can take the casing of the playstation it should be able to fit then
