just an idea for the back panel
alright.. so this may sound like an aleroracing idea... but hear me out and feel free to tell me it's retarded.
my amp has been over heating when i have the subs really loud when its warm out... (or atleast i assume thats the problem) so i decided it's time to circulate air in the trunk.
my amp is screwed to the back seat on the drivers side.
my back panel (holds the rear speakers... not sure what its called) vibrates like a mofo and just looks and sounds terrible... so here's what i'm thinking
take that panel out... get a sheet of mdf wood and cut it to fit. put same colored fabric and such on it. cut 2 holes for the speakers... and 2 holes in the middle for 120mm computer fans that blow out.
and on the sides near the armrest in the back... cut a little slot and put some sort of intake fan there (could put some mesh there to hid the hole... might even look cool). that way there is intake and outtake fans for optimum air flow
i could get some pictures to help explain... if needed...

You could just not play the subs loud when it is warm outside. All jokes aside...I don't think that you would be able to force enough air on the inside and pull enough out.

ok... any other thought on how to fix my problem... mount fans to the amp?

my amp is on my box.
my box is in the trunk.
my seats are folded down (to get the max thump).
no issues with heat.

i have two amps mounted on a wall between the back of my seats and the sub box in my trunk.
always have the seats up. ZERO air circulation. Never overheated. 
i've thought about cutting some holes in the wall and mount fans in it. just to keep things moving.
...but i'm lazy... |

ohh, and as for that panel, i just jammed something in between that and the back window. no more rattle noise.
