Weird vibrating noise

Ok guys, i recently installed one of those air turbines into my air intake. After that my car started making a funny vibrating noise, of course i took it as the turbine spinning. After i removed it today, it still makes that damn noise, but goes away after i turn the wheel about 5 degrees either way. Could it be a wheel bearing or somthing of that nature?

Thoughts or suggestions
