WAI or CAI

Looks to me like a WAI, just mislabeled like a lot of the other ones. Correct?

I got a retarded WAI last time, stage 1 and a half type I suppose we could call it, lol. Need one that goes all the way to the throttle body, and this "CAI" looks like the correct WAI for the 2.4L.
