Hey all Im stumped and in need of some advice. The car has no codes or check engine light but is running a little rough. feels like a p0300 random intermittent misfire. With that said i did some digging...The spark plugs are a little worn .065 the wires are new. While i was digging i see that the previous owner did some work to the motor or a shady shop however it seems to me something is ether missing or not right. any help will be greatly appreciated (pictures enclosed)

nope thats normal, atleast i think. ive wondered that myself. mines the same way, but actually if you look inside, there is no hole, its just closed up plastic. idk why its like that.
