All I hit was a squirrel on it's tail. I saw the thing flying in the air in my rear view mirror, and running to the side of the road. Hopefully the fella is doing OK.

Same here.
In the transport if I swerve to miss a animal and ditch the truck. they are going to say i fell asleep while driving. Sorry fuzzy little animal 120,000 lbs doesn't go any further than the shoulder, if that far. I will not do a large swerve either or stand on the brakes . I dont want to but...
Don't blow the horn either. They think a it's a mating call or something.

How about just your lower half? the car can just ride on and leave you with crushed organs, bones, and everything. Just leaving you there and letting you die on the road in the middle of nowhere.
It would look good on you going by the way you're talking.
Some people do go to a dangerous extent to avoid an animal, However, An animal is still a life. It doesn't matter if you're driving a Lexus, Porsche, or a damn Oldsmobile, If you can avoid hitting an animal safely, do so. Don't be a effing dink.
