brake pedal problems

Hope you guys can help

I just put snow tire on my car and after leaving the shop I noticed that when i press the brake pedal lightly above 70 KM/hour my brake pedal clicks. below 70K/H this does not happen. I replaced pads and rotors at all four corners about 15000 KM ago. and this was not happening till i got the new tires

The noise is coming from the inside of the car and I can feel the pedal vibrating a little similar to ABS but not hard. Just a very soft click.

Any idea??

Thanks

Could possibly be your brake light switch, but really I dunno.

The only light i had was the low tire presure which i reset. there are no other lights activ.

would a faulty brake light switch cause the clicking in the brake pedal and cause small vibration in it as well?

The brake light switch I'm referring to is what turns your taillights on when you press the brake pedal. But if you're experiencing a vibration, then the brake light switch would have nothing to do with that.

Did you see the tires installed on the car? It is possible to warp a rotor by overtorquing (sp) the lug nuts. Air guns shouldn't be used for final torque, a torque stick attachment for the gun at least, by hand is the best. Is it possible the rims were dirty and not sitting square on the hub?

Rotors are only have 15000 KM on them. I replaced them myslef. As far as getting them installed I saw them do it. They used an air gun and then torqued each wheel by hand. BTW. this only happens above 70 KM (45 Miles) per hour under very light braking. if I press harder on the brake clicking goes away. There is no vibration while driving at all. I gues it just happens when you start braking

I had a similar problem last year, but me it happened at every speed and also when the car was not moving. If I was pressing slightly on the brake pedal, and I mean barely pressing it down, I could hear one and only one "click" from inside the car. I could also "feel" the click with my foot on the pedal. I don't know if its what you are talking about, but mine got away with time.
