well the brakes are getting worn down on my Alero. It now has 20k on it. I was wondering what everyone that about about putting aftermarket brakes on it. It's a final 500 but it would be nice to have some better performing brakes as I have 4 wheel discs. What aftermarket brakes are the best deal for the money? Thanks for the help in advance.

well, for around $350 you can get 4 powerslot rotors and for another $70-$140, you can get some nice performance pads to go along with them. And you could save money on labor by installing them yourself.

Marc (Silent) has (or is it had) some big BAER brakes on his ride...but that's crawling into the >$1000 area.
