silverstar or silverstar ultra's
this is a good deal tho
what should i get?
the ultra or the regular?
I saw them at advance auto for 27.00 a pair for regulars dont think the ultras were on sale tho.
has anyone ever taken the low beam filter/cap/blocker thing out of there head light then it would be highs all the time !! or drill out a 1/2 or 3/4 hole in it ?

I bought the reg Silerstars, but hte Ultras came out just after that. I would get the ultras.
I got SS for the Delta, and they are nice and bright

I got the ultras and they are awesome!
Don't set your lights up to where your highs are on all the time... That's just being a PITA for the oncomming drivers... especially with those ultras... I have a couple pics, I'll find them and post them up.
Looks like I need to take some pics... I'll get that done tomorrow night... I'm too tired to go out now, plus it's raining and cold... uck..

so i think i am going to get the ultras at advance 27.00 is a good price from what i have seen on the net it will be like 58 ish for all 4.

Outside pic...
Not the best pictures in the world, but you get the idea. They are really nice and pretty white. I love them! The high beam bulbs are freakin' amazing! lol |

yeh i love my SS's and they have lasted me about 2-3 years now and are still really bright. shocking b/c i thought they burned out quicker than most?

I thought that the only difference in the plain ss's and the ultras were that the ultras lasted longer. didn't think they were any brighter. i picked some up at a local walmart the other day on clearance for 7.50 plus tax each. I think that they were just getting rid of all their singles so they can force you to buy doubles from now on.

i posted a $5 rebate on here for reg ss and $10 for the ultras send it in and get them for $2.50 each or have them pay you $2.50 for the ultras

well i bought silverstar ultra's on ebay at 3:30 am 
this is them it was 31.50 for 2 less when i fill out the rebate ($10 x2 )
so i will get them for 21.50 to my door and a year waranty

They're a really unique color - not yellow like halogens and not blue like HIDs. They're white with a touch of blue-green. I like 'em.

got my lights today:
put the highs in and ooohhh my they are bright !!!!!! i like
the package for the lows had a hole in it so im waiting to see if the guy wants me to return them. the bulbs are fine and i was not able to touch them in the package but when I spend that kinda money on bulbs i want them right.
