Car needed for new swaybar test fitment
We need someone with a 99-05 Grand Am, 99-04 Alero, 97-03 Malibu or 97-00 Cutlass to let us use their car for test fitment of the bars.
Car must be in the North Carolina area and be willing to spend at least 1 day at the factory.
This will not cost you ANYTHING we just need to verify fitment.
If you can do this please contact me via PM or call me at 847-826-0356
THANKS!
FYI - The bars are being made by Addco

This may be possible but would be between Addco and the person who comes in for the test fitment. I cant say for sure as the cost would not be paid for by us. We only supplied the stock bars and will be reselling them once fitment is verified.
Chipmunk-Alero please give me a call tomorrow between 9:30am and 5pm CST so that we can discuss details. Also thanks for speaking up so quickly.

well it seems that Addco really screwed with us on this one... after they got pics of the bars they said they could for sure make them for us. I then send them stock bars to make sure and still they claim it should be no real issue.. now after I get a car over there for test fit they claim that cant. WTF
in any case I will be contacting John Hotchkis to see if they can do them for us however I have a funny feeling that they are going to want us to do a GB for them since they are done via CNC whereas the addco bars are made by hand.

Damn man. Sorry to hear that. It's a good thing you are doing, trying to get more parts made for the community. It sucks they jerked you around on that.

Just out of curiosity, why not Eibach, and try to get them to do both bars, or even as their Pro-System Kits, Springs, Struts, and Bars, bushings, camber kits, like they do with many other cars. They'd have the corner on the market as far as N-bodies go.

I realize this is a month old post but is there any hope for this still or should I be looking for used speedbuilts? Also if they are still developing it, any idea what sizes they will be?
