Pillar Brace
I'm wondering what people think of having a C-pillar or B-pillar brace on their Aleros. I guess you could custom build one or try to modify one from another car as they must be semi-universal. I think they look good too.

I, personally, don't like how it looks, and don't think the difference in handling would be worth it. Especially if you already have both the front and rear stb's. That money, imho, would be better invested in a set of beefier sway bars, or poly bushings. Even just replacing the rear sway bar alone will probably make more difference.

Sway bars are definitely more effective.... but if you have everything else tightened I think these guys might help... for me personally I'm looking for the hard to find sway bars first but pillar bars could be a nice "build it yourself" project.

From my personal standpoint, if I'm going to do something that compromises the car's abilities as a people-mover, I might as well go whole hog: strip the interior, seam-weld the entire unibody and fabricate a roll cage.
On this car, it'd be just plain silly.
Sure, it's big fun on the track, but it ain't a race car.

Unless the car is going to be running 11.49 or faster in the 1/4 mile, don't bother
