I want to buy this alarm, but I'm not sure if I will be able to install it. Can someone help me figure out where all the wires will be? I don't want to spend almost $200 on it and them not be able to install it. I just recently got my license and this car, and have very little experience running wires in cars or finding them. I need to get an alarm installed before school starts, since the school parking lot is like the worst place ever to put a car...

heres the link to the install manual:

Between the info that Sound posted in the link and fairly detailed instruction manual included you should be okay. A couple of tips:
1) Spend some time matching the wiring diagrams from both so that the wires all go to the corners that they need to be;
2) Buy a case of beer, or whatever your poison is (strickly for afterwards not before!!);
3) As this will be you first project, set aside a day or two to get it done, take your time and take some breaks to ease the tension;
4) Don't get discouraged because in the end you will feel great about having done it yourself!

Don't be alarmed by the mess of wiring, everyone on here has either been at this point or worrse.

Thanks everyone! I'm going to get the alarm as soon as I get a job this summer and make enough to get it. No beer tho, I'm only 16... Make that a case of sodas , and I think that will be ok for before or after. I think I might need some help figuring out how to open the dash and center, is it hard?

Before everyone jumps on you, USE 'SEARCH' !!!

Anyway, familiarize yourself with the How-To section, a whole bunch of good stuff from the people that learned before you, take this one for example 'Installing aftermarket radio 2000-04'.

I got started on installing my remote start / keyless entry unit this past weekend with a friend, And had to stop because I forgot about this.

Friendly Advice.

If you don't have the Passlock bypass remote start interface module.
You should get one before you start. Im not sure if there are otherways around the passlock, But this looks like the easiest route to me.

heres an example of one. I just got one for 7$ on ebay.
