Installing 6x9's

So I got a pair of Sony Xplod 6x9 3way speakers. They're 60rms 4 ohm speakers. They were free so no need to tell me I should have gotten something better. I know the stock speakers are 8ohm, and I have an Alpine CDA-9853 Headunit which is 18rms.
Ok on to the questions, Can I just replace them and wire them up to the stock wires? Also since I didn't install the headunit am I going to have to change anything there because of the diffrence in ohms?
I know I should get an amp but that's down the road when I redo all the speakers and add the subs. (No monsoon btw)

most stock car systems (aftermarket h.u) run on 4ohm.

just tear the old out, wire up the new ones. job is done.

i have a monsoon amp but i still installed aftermarket 6x9s with them still connected. just cut and rewired everything. works perfect. dunno why people have problems with the monsoon amp
