quick question
does anybody know if a 98 grand am LD9 motor will work in a 99 alero? im pretty sure it will i just wanna make sure before i buy it. thanks

Yes although a few minor changes may need to be made. Knock sensor could be different, keep the one that is already in the car. EGR system may be different, most newer exhaust gaskets block it off anyhow - no problem.

FYI - I have a '98 crate motor in my '99...
