Working and Painting the Intake manifold

Ok so this may be a set of noob questions, but i would like to paint my intake manifold

1. When taking the intake mani off, is there anything that is under pressure or anything that i will have to keep track of, or is it just super easy and all i havt to do is just unscrew the bolts and pull it off.

2. If its really easy to take the Intake mani off, What would i need to do to prep the surface for paint?

3. Ok and when it comes to paint, Could i just go to an auto part store and buy that paint that can stand heat up to like 500 degrees in the rattle can and just use that to paint it, or what should i use?

SO please help me out with this, it seems like its an easier project to take on and it would only take a day or so in the garage.
