Yeah... just the way I was raised I guess - was taught never to go into debt for anything that would depreciate in value (house, etc. is good because of equity), a car being one of the best examples of something that isn't really smart to go into debt for. :P

Well, I won't loose horribly on the car because $10,300 was brand new off the dealer lot. The sticker was $19,710.
