I've been driving my dad's '05 Subaru Imprezza for the last three days while
my Alero was having its windshield replaced. During that time, I've come to
appreciate the relatively small things that I usually don't notice about the
Alero. Specifically:
- The stereo staying on when the key is removed until the door is opened
- Headlights staying on at night for ~20 seconds after turning off engine
- Automatic headlight control
- Lack of dead buttons (plastic pieces on the dash in place of buttons that
control unorderd features)
- Satisfiingly thick steering wheel

And compared to the Subie, the Alero's stock stereo really kicks!

Woo! It feels good to be driving the Alero again.

Welcome and I love my auto headlights. When I had the Mazda 6 for a rental I would leave them on all the time.
