hey if you guys havent seen my alero its in the showcase, and i am trying to decide what to do with my interior. i have the stock taupe and that darkish gray in my car, i have cloth seats, and i am looking for an interior theme to go with my car. im asking you guys what should i do? i have yellow underbody LED's and yellow calipers. i also have the blue blinkers, but should i change all my interior bulbs to blue or yellow? should i change my underbodyis from yellow to blue? and should i get brushed aluminum or carbon fiber for my trim pieces? i just wanna hear your guys opinion o nwhat i should do. cause none of my friends and my girlfriends will give me any suggestions they just say "dont waste your money"

CF won't look right with the Taupe interior.

You could get new boots for the parking brake and the tranny. I know you have the auto but it's not hard to do. You just gotta take out the plastic accrodin pieces and bolt the boot down with the 7mm bolts under the shifter

I think yellow is ugly, so I would say blue. And dont paint the trim pieces whatever you do.

it all depends on what you want it to look like, CF will make it look very racerish, which i agree with the other guys will not look good with your interior color, wood grain will make it look very classy especially with the taupe, thats what i would do if i had the money. DONT PAINT ANYTHING it will look bad. As for the lighting, i dont know about the blue on the interior and yellow exterior, i dont think yellow would look bad on the inside, that is what i would do. But if you go with blue and have extra cash i would say try to match the exterior neons. just my 2 cents

i was tired of everyone having just plain colours, so i found a pattern for my interior. Fun to trip out to, and the pattern carries well with my licence plate, rims, the exterior paint i hope to put on this summer, i may cut some flames into my taillight pinstriping, and i got blue lights inside. if your not sure about which light colour to stick with, i know you can buy kits that have like 7 different colours of LEDS that you can choose to switch between, that way you can do whatever you feel like at that time. I've even added more of the pattern to my interior. The front door speaker compartments have been done, as well as the glove box, air bag, steering wheel, Aarms, rear dash, back seat center and sides, and i plan on doing the brake boot when its warmer.

if you dont mind waiting, were working on a group buy for hydro immersion (a different way to "paint" the interior plastic pieces) and should be getting quotes back soon, and theres variety of options there, Im looking at getting my plastic done in brushed aluminum.

I would stay away from yellow interior lights, they'd probly make you sick. If you do blue , i'd go with CF or brushed aluminum trim. I don't think woodgrain with blue neon would look very good, let alone classy. If you do woodgrain, you might just leave the neons off. If you want to paint, yeah, you should do it all.

I would definitely go with CF trim on the interior pieces, and change all the lights to blue. I have mine red right now, because that is the color of some things under my hood and my brake calipers. I have the intention of changing the interior to all black, including carpet, seats, and headliner. Right now, I have the taupe/pewter interior. That's why I'm going with CF in the group buy.
