well i don't want it too be that late because school will be beginning, I would rather say later july/early august would be best for me.....hopefully it won't be too hot....

Yes I would also vote for late July or Early August because school here starts about the first or second week of August. Just let me know once a date has been voted on and I will see what I can do.

What you and I need is to have a separate early meeting in the Spring, before it gets too hot, get the racing out of our systems, then if we can, attend the more "fun" type gathering later in the Summer. 
A Test and Tune type day would be best. I'll be passing through there the first week or so of May, So we need to look at the track schedule. |

and while we're on the subject of who is in the area wanting a meet......I need a engine hoist and stand. Who's got one around here that I could use right away?

Negotiable. I have a car w/trailer in Lake of the Ozarks Missouri, which is on the way through Topeka/KC. I could do a pick-up if necessary. Let me find out how much it will cost by using the DIY auto-shop on post first. Don't commit to anything yet. Thanks
AND, in other news......I might be running straight NOS on my daughter's Alero....not sure on that one yet.

I don't know if anyone else has looked at the schedule yet, but I kinda like the weekend of the 18th of July. I mean pinks will be there Friday and Saturday, but we could do it Sunday if anyone else is up for it. Other than that it looks pretty hard to get anything from June to August that I would beable to even try and make it to.

No there normally every other thursday. I may give them a call and talk to them about setting up another day for this event or we can go to kcir about an hour away. They normally have them on Saturday.

This is kcir schedule a little more friendly more racing on weekends, I'm going to call heartland park soon to see if they have any exhibition races during events where we can run down the strip. Do people prefer Friday,Saturday, or Sunday? I'm guessing we need to have this on a weekend for maximum turnout.

Friday night I'm too worn out from the week, and Sunday I'm getting my shit ready for the coming work week again.
