Squeaky door

So this started happening last year but it is really starting to bug me now. Whenever I open the 2 rear doors, the hinges squeak really really loud. I have tried WD-40 and some grease but nothing seems to work. What can I do to get rid of this? Does it happen to anyone else?

Also my driver's side front door won't stay open. Usually when you open it you can feel 2 holding spots where the door will stay open. Mine doesn't do that anymore and it closes very lightly, just enough to latch. Can this be fixed?

white lithium grease worked for me...it took a bit to work in there but I never had to reapply after the first spray.
