clean them really good, get then a nice shiny silver/chrome color and just clearcoat them like that. so they match the lip. black tire, chrome lip, black spokes, chrome caliper... it'd look slick

to joey: ya i know... i spent almost 400 for them because my old ones were shot, and i had a long trip coming up. if it werent for that i would have waited to get some larger wheels, and then get new tires.
to everyone else: thanks for the suggestions. my first thought was white, but i like the idea of chrome/polished calipers...

You'd be amazed how good calipers look after you spray them with wheel acid. It will foam up and take them down to the bare metal in seconds, then just rinse off. I'd take a pic of mine right for you now if my digicam was working.

i know. i kick myself all the time for getting these. i only did cuz like i said i just spent a bunch on stock size tires, and i was really sick of looking at my half-assed painted stock wheels.
so i think im going to go with the majority here, and just clean and polish them really well. anybody know where i can get that wheel acid that was previously mentioned?
