The price point I'm shooting for is $1249 (very good estimation adam337) that will include front, rear, sides and spoiler. I will most likely shoot at the $999 price point for the full kit w/o spoiler. We will see how things progress, I am more concerned with offering high quality, made in America by American citizens pieces than cutting costs just to get parts out the door.

1 grand price seems like a fair deal.

That is sexy. Nice work. Did you reinforce the area under the headlights which warps? This will be a nice option for people like me who cannot afford to get in on the GB right now but still want one in the future. I am shocked that you ever finished this and came through. Hopefully the rest goes as well. Good work.

This project has run into every immaginable problem along the way, I absolutely agree with you that it has taken way too long. But I have continued through it keeping the alero communities' best interest in mind along the way. Successes don't happen over night, this is a business that I have been building from absolutely nothing. As I've come along I've gotten a better facility, better help, better tooling, more education and the ability to create components much faster than I could have in the beginning. I will continue to build this business into something great and will continue to create high quality components for the automotive aftermarket for many many years to come, so again I appologize for the length of time it's taken to get to this first bumper, but I can assure all of you that we are improving and you will begin to see those improvements as we progress.

Im glad to see this finally come to life. I have been in contact with powerlifter throughout this process and I'm glad you finally got the shop you were aiming for. I know it wasn't easy.

As far as pricing goes, I'm currently negotiating with a spray liner company to have them spray line the back of the bumpers (that much better than every one elses fiberglass parts). The price on these bumpers will be $349 without spray liner and approximately $399 with, assuming that the estimates I was given prove accurate.

so... the sprayliner is just to make the kit that much more durable? and with the same logic... something flexible, behind something rigid... don't the fiberglass, just break/crack and leave the sprayliner intact??

Update

I just got back from the shop, I got a little over excited and decided to throw the bumper on for a loose fit, what I mean by loose fit is that the fenders bumper and hood were held on by a total of 4 bolts. The finish cutting is not done yet but I figured it was close enough to throw the bumper on and give you a look at it on the vehicle. We are still on schedule for testing so stay tuned for finished pictures and test pictures of the car. Enjoy!
