Front tires?
I need new front tires before the races next month, im not a fan of mixing tires, but my rears have alot rubber left, my fronts are down to the tread wear markers, i'm either going to go back with my Dunlops or im considering trying the new Hankook Ventus rs-3. but the Hankook only comes in a 225/45/17 and 255/40/17. my dunlops on the front are 245/40/17, so if i change to the Hankook i'll be loosing a small amount of width, and gaining radius which will actually drop my gear ratio slightly, but stiffen the sidewalls. and the Hankooks are a 140aa compared to the dunlops at a 200aa. and the hankooks are less expensive?? not sure what direction to go in?

go with the dunlops, the hankooks ( as much as I love them ) is more of a "hey look at me I have a performance tire that I don't dare use" kind of tire they wear extremly fast ( im sure the dunlops do to ) but the ventus is really just a look kind of tire and I don't think ull be happy

Dunlop hands down (is you can find the correct size). the Sport Z1's were my last set of tires and they were great in the wet and dry. didn't wear too fast compared to other tires i have had.

Then my suggestion is out.
The Michelin Exalto's I have on my car are just pure awesome.
Almost 5 years old, still decent grip
