motor rebuild

okay so this winter me and my dad are going to rebuild my motor and give it some more balls lol. my question to you guys is can someone please post a list of some good reliable parts? i need everything from the throttle body down to the oil pan. im trying to get my research done now so i can start getting parts soon. thanks a ton

okay thanks for the info. i guess my next question is what kind of ignition would you reccomend? i have seen a couple guys use an MSD ignition but i dont know where they got it from

Its real easy i went with the msd coil swap http://www.j-body.org/forums/read.ph...=424558#424558 Heres some pics of mine

Its worked great with no problems so far ive been running them for about 6k miles now
