Depends on what you want to clean?

Fuel system? every other change I throw a bottle of fuel injector cleaner into the tank. Many members have used seafoam with positive results.

To clean the actual engine? Seafoam or GM Top End Cleaner seem to be preferred.

If your looking for something you can put in your gas tank, BG products 44k is good if you can find it where you live if not berryman's or chevron.
