Unhappy Multiple Cylinder Misfire??

Recently, shortly after i had installed my new air intake, my car started running extremely sluggish and not shifting properly. So the Check engine light blinked for about a day then never came back on again. i went to auto zone and had it diagnosed. It said random multiple cylinder misfire. I have new bosch +4 sparks, and bosch performance wires in there. the Guy said thats what would be causing the problem. that or the coil. OR if its niether of those, it could be the injectors. has anyone else here had this problem? anybody have suggestions on how to fix this problem. all input is extremely appreciated.

well i had AC delco 2 days ago. i bought bosch after he told me this. it didnt change a thing. but thats fine, i thinks its something a lil more difficult to fix unfortunetly. il check the coils, i did just get the new intake so il check all the sensors over again.

bosch +4 misfire left and right, my local autozone refuses to sell them to people that ask for them, i had some in my old car and it was terrible, put in some AC delco or something like that, or some iridium

check to make sure your intake tubing is all snugged on there or that your throttle body gasket isnt bad. Mine did that one day when the intake magically fell of the TB while i was driving it. I never looked at the intake and thought it was a fuel problem, changed the fuel filter before my roomate (who knows nothing about cars) looked into my engine bay and asked if the intake was supposed to be open. Man did i feel stupid. so yeah, check all your hose clamps. good luck.

I dont know if this is of any help but at the dealership I work at. People come in for check engine light, and sure knuff the check engine light is on with the multiple misfire code. And stright way they have either autolite or bosch plugs and wires causing the problem!
