Removing Manual Window Crank

Got my 6x9 Pioneers installed, sound great, but I'm having a little trouble installing my new 4x6s. Can't get the manual (non-power) window handle/crank to come off so I can get the door panel off.

Searched through the forums, found that there's supposedly some clip on the shaft or something that when using the right tool it unclips it so it slides right off, but you know what, I see no clip whatsoever on the shaft or anything but a simple plastic handle on a metal shaft. What's holding it on, I do not know. The images in the thread Naich posted regarding removing the door panels for manual windows are broken so I don't even know what I'm looking for.

Any pictures of what needs to be removed or what needs to be done to get the darn window cranks to come off would be greatly appreciated.

megabyte is an unknown quantity at this point
It's a small clip that looks like this:

and it's located on the handle like so:

What you have to do is try to push one of the ends of the clip with a screwdriver. I've also read that you could try to slide a small cloth between the handle and the door panel so that it gets caught in the clip and then you pull it but it seems kind of difficult that way. Just push the end of the clip with a screwdriver...
