similar predicament here...bought in 2003, never recharged. was ice cold last year...not so much this year though.

aleroinnc GX Member Join Date: Dec 2009 Location: Selma, NC Posts: 2	Personally, I found it rather easy to do. on the 3.4, just hook it up and reach over and behind the coil pack.. not sure about the 2.4
