just run another price of wire from that first wire you put on there to the other terminal. make sure you wire them properly for your amp.

^^^ +1

Just saying to run a wire between the two is oversimplification. You need to see how many ohms your amp is rated for and determine the best method for wiring your DVC sub.

remote wire from the amp goes to the remote wire on the back of the head unit, I think it is blue with a white stripe, just check to make sure. that is needed to turn on the amp.

The remote wire is so the amp will not be on all the time. It will be on only when the stereo or car is on. RCA's are so the amp know what to play. If you didnt have rca's the amp wouldnt do anything because it would be receiving no signal as to what to play.

If I take that rem wire a put a swith to it I can easily and safely turn the amp on and off right? I was gonna try to do in on the power source but I heard that was a bad idean if you have a capacitor

DO NOT SWITCH THE MAIN POWER WIRE.

But you can put a switch on the remote wire.

an audio professional told me i could switch the power cable i was a little iffy about it, promised myself to get a switch with RUBBER round the switch, but i heard that discharging a capacitor was dangerous less done right so i gave it up,
the switch will be used to turn off the amp and sub when around GFs parents

Your head unit should have the ability to turn off your subs. No offense but you shouldn't be screwing around with electricity.
