Pulstar pulse plugs
http://www.pulstarplug.com/index.html
Anyone ever use them? At the price of $24.95 a plug they better work great and last a long damn time.

spark plugs for us are recommended to be gapped at .060", but on their site the max they say you can gap the pulstar is .045". not sure if that would be a problem
Q: What gap setting do I use for Pulstar™?
A: Pulstar™ presently comes from the factory with a .045" gap. If your vehicle manual calls for a gap less than .045" then use the factory recommended settings. Under no circumstance set the gap to greater then .045" regardless of the manual setting.

umm the gap, measure of spark distance
"Spark plugs have an insulated center electrode which is connected by a heavily insulated wire to an ignition coil or magneto circuit on the outside, forming, with a grounded terminal on the base of the plug, a spark gap inside the cylinder. "
these plugs are supposedly amazing, people talked about them on j-body a while ago but i forgot whether or not they tested them

If you look at the web site they pretty much pay for themselves. Better gas mileage, more power and torque.

If they work the way that they say they will, it would be well worth $150 for extra MPG and power. If they are that great though, why have we not heard of these earlier.
By the way Billy, I have spent money on cars in worse ways. If they don't work like they say, I'm out a little money. If they do work, it's more power baby!

looks like it would work good for modified engines, but don't think theres any use for stock engines. probably need a higher output coil to get full benifit.

Any engine that gets a cleaner, more efficient burn will operate at peak performance. Conventional plugs may inhibit the amount of spark, so it would work on stock engines in theory.

^sorry to hear that, i know lots of people who have alsmot died on those things. hitting a open manhole at 80+ doesn't do to good to a person. i personally never go over about 75-80 (even though my sled is capable of about 115-120) and only when the trail is just groomed. i usually just screw around in gravel pits and powder so more power is welcome.
thread crapping is now over lol srry
